Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Crawly API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Crawly provides web scraping, YouTube transcript extraction, site crawling, site mapping, and batch processing via a REST API. The service is provided on a pay-per-request basis using a credit system.
3. Credits and Billing
Credits are purchased in advance and deducted per successful request. Credits never expire. Failed requests (non-2xx responses) are not charged. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Crawly to scrape websites in violation of their terms of service, engage in illegal activity, harass or harm others, or overwhelm target servers with excessive requests. Crawly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Rate Limits
The API is rate-limited to 120 requests per minute per API key. Exceeding this limit will result in 429 status responses. For bulk operations, use the batch endpoint.
6. Disclaimer
Crawly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of scraped content. Use at your own risk.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
